Thank you! This year’s Maverick Awards’ cycle generated great interest, exposure, and the opportunity to showcase the incredible work you all do.
As we reach the end of summer, we want to share some of the results from this year’s awards’ program. We were impressed with the finalists and winners who submitted, from British Columbia through to Ontario. Meanwhile, the judges were challenged with choosing the winners—with such a range of projects and nominated ambassadors, the judges did not have an easy task. As you know, the winners were Jim Zsiros, Courtenay, B.C.; EVE Park, s2e Technologies Inc. London, Ont; and Spring Creek Mountain Village, Canmore Alta. See them here.
For us, it was an amazing opportunity to view the tremendous work happening in these provinces, profile the work, and celebrate the progression of sustainable building practices. For you, we want to share some of the outcomes of this year’s program, especially the profile received. While this will continue through to the remainder of the year, some of the formal aspects of results have wrapped up.
Exposure
As a niche awards program with three exclusive winners per year, our marketing communications activity offers in-depth coverage of the winners. Rather than a gala, we invest our resources into showcasing the excellent work being done in the built environment.
