Our biggest priority when we start to design for any customer is to look at how we can make the most of the land. Where is the beauty, the sun, the views? Are there any flaws we want to minimize such as utility poles, neighbours, or traffic noise? Are there trees to save and work around? All these factors are taken into consideration to determine the best building location. We incorporate the existing topography and landscape to make the structure and its environment look the way you envision.
