are pleased to announce that effective 28 February 2014, they will transfer ownership of

Pals Enviromatics Corp. and its subsidiary company Enervision – Healthy Housing Choices to

Enviromatics Group Ltd.

Enviromatics Group Ltd. is owned and operated by Steve Jackson CEA, NCSO who has been the General Manager and the driving force of Pals Enviromatics Corp. since its conception in 2010. Peter Jackson will be made available to assist Steve in this transition on an as needed basis.

Pals Geomatics Corp. is very proud of what we all have accomplished together in the three years since we started Pals Enviromatics Corp., however, during a process of corporate restructuring it was felt that this decision was in the best interest of the housing industry at large and all those involved.

Pals Geomatics Corp. wishes Steve and all his current team who will join him at Enviromatics Group Ltd., all the best in their future endeavours and look forward to being connected to them through our common clients and the housing industry in general.
